Well, she claims she was choked the fuck out. According to CNN.com:
San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of choking and restraining MTV reality show star Tila Tequila, police said. Deputies didn't see any physical injuries on [Tequila], but she asked to be transported to a local hospital, sheriff's spokeswoman Jan Caldwell said.
Merriman claims he didn't choke her, he simply restrained her after she was attempting to drive drunk. Tila Tequila says that's incorrect, and that she wasn't drunk that night. Her dumb ass then tweets that she's actually ALLERGIC to alcohol. And now she's attempting to charge Merriman with battery and false imprisonment, both of which are felonies.
I'm definitely not about to condone violence towards women, but it's obvious to me she's lying through her slut lips. Allergic to alcohol? That shit is pure garbage. Some people of Asian descent lack an enzyme that helps metabolize alcohol and it makes them turn a little flushed when they drink but that's about it. Even the owner of the bar where she was at that evening is openly saying that she's lying. USAtoday.com reports:
James Brennan, the owner of the Stingaree nightclub, said several of his employees told him she drank several shots of tequila and sipped a bottle of vodka. "She wasn't like falling down or anything of that nature, but she was visibly intoxicated," Brennan told the AP. "It sounds like she's allergic to the truth."
And lets not forget her other allergy: being on camera for longer than ten seconds without showing her tits.
Update 9/12/09:
The D.A. dismissed her charges against Mr. Merriman due to insufficient evidence. Now this money-grubbing, fame-seeking whore is trying again with a civil suit.
